Warehouse Associate - Full Time

*Job Description*

Kitpak Fulfillment is looking for Full Time Warehouse Associates to join our warehouse team. We are a fast paced third party logistics company serving 35+ unique clients. Most of our clients optimize sales through websites or online marketplaces such as Amazon. We process orders direct to consumers using software to find the most economical shipping method to meet delivery requirements. The Warehouse Associates responsibilities include receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping orders according to standard procedures customized to each client. The Warehouse Associate maintains accurate inventory and works to ensure timely processing of all orders.

*Responsibilities*
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (Pick, pack, wrap, label, and ship)
- Receive and stow inbound shipments and record transactions in our computerized warehouse management system
- Keep and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Report and address stock discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and team members
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Meet or exceed estimated job timelines
- Organize and perform cycle counts as required

*Requirements*
- Strong computer skills are required, particularly office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift upwards of 30-50lbs repeatedly and up to 60 lbs occasionally, standing for extended period of time, and use of ladders or stairs with overhead lifting
- Current forklift license preferred but ability to be trained is acceptable
- Post secondary education preferred

Experience:

* Warehouse: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person, must have reliable transportation to 1615 Inkster Blvd to attend scheduled shift, must be available between the weekday hours of 6am-730pm.

Pay: $19.50-$22.50 per hour

* Winnipeg, MB R2X 1R2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
