Line Cook

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to our standards of excellence. This position requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a thorough understanding of food safety practices.

*Responsibilities*

* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
* Assist with the setup and breakdown of the kitchen station.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
* Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
* Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.
* Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes.

*Qualifications*

* Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
